Vista - lexmark x5470

After installation of the driver cjr 5400en for the x5470 steel there is no communication to the printer. I have vista primium 32 bit. I need some advice to solve the problem.

Where did you get the driver from?
How do you connect to the device, usb or wireless or networked or some other way?

I tried to connect with USB and after that with the network. I took the driver from lexmark site according to compatible driver cjr5400EN.exe I think maybe there is the the wrong driver and you can suggest me the right one

There is a driver for your printer but I can not cut and paste the address as it is a cgi script.

Italk with laxmark and they gave me thre right driver anyway thank you for trying to help

Hi,

I am experiencing the same problem. I have Vista Home 32bit and a Lexmark X5470 printer. I downloaded the 32-bit driver from the Lexmark website cjr5400en, but the driver does not install properly. I receive an error that states that the computer does not see the printer.

Can you tell me where or how I can get a copy of the driver you received from Lexmark?
