Vista Won't Boot (Bluescreen Durring Boot)

Vista x64 will not boot after trying to install LibUSBx32 in a way thats supposed to make it work for 64 bit Vista. It bluescreens durring the boot process and gives an application failed to initilize error. It wont even save a boot log in boot logging mode.

Could you try booting in safe mode and going to c:\windows\minidump, zip the dump file (*.dmp) and upload it to us. If you cant find it in minidump try a search on *.dmp

I can't boot into safe made either. And when i try to zip the files on the os i installed to another hard drive it give me an error about file not found or no read permission and i tried taking controll but i couldent

also i noticed that it is booting with a /testsigning option and i cant stop it from booting like that
