| Windows7 | Nvidia 8600M GS crashed all of a sudden Hello, Yesterday I was playing a game, and it just pixelated my screen and crashed. I restarted my Vista system, and it couldn't reboot. I reinstalled a fresh version of Windows 7 thinking it might help out. Everything is okay, I run 1280x800 without the drivers for the video but once I install NVIDIA Drivers, it crashes. I can't play any games this way. I'll reward you with a small amount in paypal or donate for this site if you can find a fix for me. Cheers! |

| Windows7 | Re: Nvidia 8600M GS crashed all of a sudden To be honest, I forgot where I put my drivers CD, and it definitely had an old driver. Could you point me to a very old NVIDIA driver? Cheers |

| Vista Home Premium 64bit SP2 | Re: Nvidia 8600M GS crashed all of a sudden these are from may 7th the oldest i could find , NVidia have no listing for the 8600GS just the 8600GT but im assuming the drivers are all the same NVIDIA DRIVERS 185.85 WHQL these are 32 bit windows seven drivers (thats all the info i could get from yuour spec as you didnt bother to fill it in) Im seriously doubting its a driver issue but its worth a shot , what happens exactly? what do you mean by "it crashes"? a pixelated screen is usually a video memory problem |
