| vista home premium 32 bit | not reading my 120g only reading 24g i just bought a new sata drive for my computer because it was needed it is a 120g. i had it installed and then when i got home i saw it only showd 24 g out of 120g. i was told to update the bios i did that and called HP to do it correctly but it still says on my c drive that i only have 24g. |

| Vista x64 + Windows 7 x64 (Ultimate) | Re: not reading my 120g only reading 24g You are going to have to give us more info on your problem since we will have more questions than answers before we even start trying to help you... at least, I know I do  For instance... is this a back up drive or the Main OS drive? Did you reformat the drive after connecting it? How did you install it? I have a feeling your drive is partitioned, you just gotta Activate the other partition(s) and assign a a Letter to it. |
