Need Updated Driver For Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller

Hello. I am trying to figure out which driver is the correct one to download and install to update my Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller. The version I have is 6.223.525.2009 and I know theres been a version 6.225.0703.2009 released but I have been unable to find it. Looking at the available drivers on Realteks site, I was unable to determine which would be the correct download. If someone here could help me with this issue I would greatly appreciate it.
