| vista | Sticking Keyboard Am not real sure where is the right forum to post this... so guess I"ll start here. I have a newer Dell Studio. My keyboard started skipping about 2 days ago. Can I run the "Drivers and Utilites" disk that came with the system ? or even the Operating System disk ? |

| vista ultimate x64 | Re: Sticking Keyboard If wireless, check to see if there is clear path between transmitter and keyboard. I had a problem with my wireless mouse/keyboard not having a clear path. It had a transmitter that plugs into a usb port. I corrected this by putting the transmitter on a usb extension cable and placed it near the mouse/keyboard. It corrected the problem. My mouse mainly had the problem, but I had some sticky keys on the board. It took care of that also. Hope this helps. John |
