| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Trying to open up back-up files Our computer stopped working and the only way to get it working was to install the original factory settings, but it allowed me to back-up files, now I am trying to open this and it is telling me that I don't have a file associated with this to open, can anyone help me with trying to get these data files back. Thanks |
