| Vista Home 32bit | Unsuccessful Installation Service Pack 1 I have an Acer Laptop computer. In order to upgrade to Windows 7 I need to install Vista Service pack 1. This I have downloaded and started installation. However at the end of the process I get the message " Service Pack did not install. Reverting changes. Do not turn off computer." This process was completed successfully and I tried the installation again after disabling Kaspersky Security. Now the "Reverting changes" does not stop. I cannot stop my computer and even if I take out the battery when I put it back and start the computer agian it just comes back up with the same message. Any ideas please? |
