Help downloading wireless keyboard software

I have purchased a Lenovo SK-8812 wireless keyboard and mouse with my new Lenovo computer. When I try to download the software for the keyboard in order to program the Rapid Access keys I get an error that the download was interrupted and to try again later. I've tried and tried and get the same error. Lenovo techs cannot help me, and Lenovo wants to charge me to return the keyboard. Can anyone help me?

I had already found that site and downloaded the driver. My problem is when I try to install for some reason I get a quick flash and then the error screen saying the installation was interrupted, and try again later. I tried shutting off my firewall and that didn't help. It happens with the download from the Lenovo website and the install package on the cd that came with the keyboard. So I still need advice....
