I have two pcs running vista. one uses home premium 32bit, the other 64bit ultimate. I am on my second HDD enclosure (one from Galaxy Metal, one from Acomdata).
Same problem on both pcs, both enclosures. Drivers tried from CD and download. I have searched all sorts of forums and find NO MENTION of the error message I have received (although there are lots of driver issues).
Can't use the Flash interface, must open cd folder. Difficult to open (several clicks). when it does, the install exe tries to begin and I receive the message:
The driver is only for Windows 98!
I really need to access this HDD. I don't know what to do. (No customer service from Galaxy. Have not tried Acomdata yet, but don't anticipate getting any from them either).
