Pop up after drver update

Can anyone tell me why i keep getting this popping up on startup, i have just updated one of my drivers and now i get this how can i stop it or what do i have to do to get rid of it of my startup !

Um either update the driver or enable it in control panel. I suspect the driver needs to be re-installed.
