Hello, I have a computer with Windows Vista Home Premium x64, I am trying to install a motorola surfboard modem sb5101i I am trying to connect via usb but when trying to install the driver I get the message that the driver is incompatible with this platform,
Someone has been the same problem and have solved it somehow? the driver and the motorola site does not work with vista x64?

I have same problem to, the drivers is not complete downloaded. every connect to USB it failed. (i use sony vaio)

Contact the technical service of motorola to explain my problem to them, they could not give me solution for which there does not exist an update of the above mentioned modem for x64, in end that I have had to buy me another modem, since the connections to ethernet I have her busy.
