Bluetooth peripheral drivers

Hi I am Ganeshram and I have a dell laptop with vista home premium 32 bit os.
and i have sony ericsson mobile phone, the problem is whenever i pair my phone to my laptop it installs the drivers neede for it but always there are 2 things that are not getting the drivers installed it always asks for a soution online and even when I give the permission to search for a solution online it is not able to find a solution. In my device manager it is showing that 2 things are not having the drivers and it is always coming at start up and asks the permission to find the drivers for it.
kindly try to solve this problem of mine it is very irritating to see the box in the screen whenever I start my computer.

As far as I remmeber Dell also use WIDCOMM BT
If communications betwwen cell phone and computer fully work try both methods:

METHOD I

1. click on the bluetooth icon on the system tray!
2. click show devices
3. select a device and lick propeities
4. select the services tab
5. deselect these orphans and click OK
