ISATAP driver for WinTV card

I am running vista home premium x64bit on a Dell studio xps. My wintv has stopped working..no signal being detected. Upon checking the device manager the only thing I can come up with is that the ISATAP driver has the yellow exclamation mark. There seems to be no reason for it to have stopped. Other threads give the Microsfot line as being just ignore the error 31 but the device doesn't work so how is that at all helpful? How do I fix this? Any ideas....anyone?

Try reinstalling your network adaptor(s) with the latest drivers.

ISATAP (Intra-Site Automatic Tunnel Addressing Protocol) is an IPv6 transition mechanism meant to transmit IPv6 packets between a point to another point.

You can also try right-clicking on ISATAP and uninstalling it, if it is still there after reinstalling the drivers for your network adaptor(s).

If you require any additional assitance, don't hesitate to pester me :)

Main Machine. Just upgraded my RAM to 8GB. Next task will be to get a new processor for this machine ( 9650 was for my secondary machine )
Does this mean I have to re-instal all my network drivers such as bluetooth, ethernet, wifi etc? If so is there a particular order in which that has to be done?
