You have a mixed bag here, but the main theme running through all of them are the drivers.
I would start by updating all your drivers, Video, Sound, DVD/CD player, and Chipset, plus any i have missed.
These are the three main causes thrown up by your dump file.
Usual causes: Device driver, ?Memory
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility
Usual causes: Device driver
There is also this driver, "LPCFilter.sys driver", which is old too, try to find an updated driver for that.
Do you have any DVD/CD editing software, if so, update it.
AGRSM.SYS is an old modem driver, if you don't use it, disable it, if you use it, update it.
You may want to consider un-installing your anti-virus program, until this issue is fixed.
If you have a usb controller, update the drivers, they may be in with your chipset drivers, so do the chipset drivers first, and see how it goes.
Start on this and see how it goes, good luck.
