Sound driver gives 'Open File - Security Warning'

Every time I boot up my computer, the first thing I see after my desktop is visible is a security warning. It reads:

Open File - Security Warning
The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?
etc

The program it complains about is associated with my sound card, and the card does not have full functionality unless it is running.

This is the file name: C:\Program Files\Analog Devices\Core\smax4pnp.exe

This warning is extremely irritating for multiple reasons. I would like to disable it, but all of the methods I have found through searching the WWW have failed. If anyone is able to give a method they think likely to work, I would greatly appreciate it.

There is a "Show this every time" that is checked by default. Unchecking it and clicking run does nothing.

Edit: Well, it runs the program, but it does not prevent the box from popping up every time.
