I saw a older thread on this topic, I tried to run the fix it program but I am getting error code 0x80092003, I hope someone who had the same problem can tell me the manual fix
Run a system file check by going to the start search box and typing cmd
Hold shift and ctrl and press enter
That should open an administrator command prompt.
Type sfc /scannow into that box.
If errors are found run the command again (up to 3 times)
Restart your computer after each time to allow it to repair files that may be in use.
Post back with results.
