Have a BSoD on start up. Have managed to extract the minidump file as requested. Does this shed any light on the issue?
Many thanks

Welcome
This is the cause. Uninstall unsing the unistall tool from their website, if any
Use Microsoft Security Essentials instead
Trusteer Rapport | Trusteer
Thank you. Will look at Essentials and the Rapport sites. Now please excuse a novice like me but, when you say, uninstall, I don't know which drivers to uninstall as I don't know which have been causing the issues. Also, do you mean Microsoft's uninstall site? Thanks
OK Glad to give you the information that you need.
We want to be sure that we get all of Rapport. The best way to do this is to use the tool that they suggest to uninstall
So
Uninstall
Uninstalling Rapport | Trusteer. You are not uninstalling drivers, but the entire software
Then the next step is to go to the Security essentials site. Go there quickly as you are, now, not protected.
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
