Hey Guys
I bought one of the All in 1 HD docking station ( such as : http://www.szprice.com/product_images/o/a__01197.jpg ) and wanted to connect to my asus laptop running vista premium to recover data from 2 extenal hard drives. This external docking station came with a mini cd to install software which I did, however even after mucking around for hrs I am unable to view any external device in Device manager ! so I decided to plug in my iphone to test if this HD reader is faulty, however now it won't recognise iphone as well. I have already tried using all usb ports with no success
While looking for solutions online came across MS fix it centre - Microsoft Fix it Solution Center: troubleshooting software issues and ran a test. It came back with a few errors as below:
