i am need of the drivers for my light scribe and LightScribe only has the 32 bit drivers is there a third party driver for this?

On lightscribe's website it says 32 bit and 64 bit. I have installed LSS here LightScribe - Downloads - Windows
and they work great with my vista 64.

when ever i start installing them it extracts all the files and then an error messages "Isupdate has stopped working"

Odd I had no problem installing them. Did you try installing them as admin or in safe mode?

I was launching it in admin and i just tried to get it to work in safe mode and some thing happens

I just installed mine normal no run as admin. Hopefully they are working now. Check under services to see if it is listed.
