    USB Device Problems...

Anyone got any ideas for my problem?

Basically, my Novation Remote 25 Midi Controller, which has Vista 64 drivers (NvnUsbAsio_x64.dll) fails to install correctly. I direct Vista to the folder with the driver file, and it says that it has the most upto date driver already. Problem is it still not installed right:

    "...Location: Port_#0002.Hub_#0005

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available."

Also Vista keeps asking me for my Saitek Eclipse II Keyboard Driver (There is no driver, it uses the generic Windows Keyboard drivers) and Logitech G5 Mouse Drivers. If I don't chose te 'Ask Me Later' Option, Windows disables them.

    Re: USB Device Problems...

    Update -

I think there is some Vista 64 software problem. I tried to uninstall USB controllers in device manager, and reinstall them (Only got 2 to uninstall before mouse and keyboard went). Now on starting Vista, I get it asking me for drivers for all these devices also (It can't find them online, etc), although they are all present and working in the device manager. Its as if Vista cannot read from the device manager, and thinks they are not installed???

PS I downloaded last Intel chipset drivers for my G965 chipset - No difference - I didn;t think it would as XP worked perfectly.
