Vista - Crysis 64-Bit (A Few Fixes)

Before doing this, my 64-Bit exe would hang before the main menu.
1). Launch the game using the 32-bit executable first
2). Settings/Advanced - Set Post Processing to High (HUGE FPS Gain no matter the resolution - I game with crysis @ 1680x1050 16:10 22" WS )
3). Now choose your normal resolution
4). Launch a new game atleast once, then exit
5). Now open 64-Bit executable and you can do 64-Bit

Now it works!

This one didn't work for me, but others have had success
If that doesn't work for you, then try this:
1). Launch the 32-Bit application first
2). Goto options "uncheck fullscreen" and save then exit
3). Launch the 64-Bit version

ALWAYS CREATE A SHORTCUT TO YOUR DESKTOP!!!!
RIGHT CLICK AND CHOOSE "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR"

Just thought I would post some workarounds for those having trouble getting the game to run.

If my rig can't run crysis something is seriously wrong

my crysis is installed in "program files (x86)" so can i still run the 64 bit exe? only th 32 bit is stable for me
