| Vista Home Premium 32bit | access denied...parental controls I played a trial version of "Family Feud" with no problems.....decided to purchase. When I try to access the game an error message "parental controls has denied access" appears. I am the administrator and parental controls cannot be set for the administrator. I tried to set up another account and turn off parental controls but access is denied on that account also.  My HP laptop had to be replaced 4 weeks ago and Vista was my only option..... I am having a very difficult time learning this new OS. Any help will be appreciated.Barb |
