Rainbow Six: Lockdown and Starforce

Anybody play this. Well, will admit to playing this. I kinda enjoy it. It gives me a break from COD2/4.

Problem is the install goes good. Go to run it and Starforce chokes. Then on a reboot vista wants me to run a repair. Had to since it wasn't going to boot until I did. It did the repair and seems it did a system restore to the point before I installed that game.

Anybody have any success with this? Run Vista 64 of course.

This is what they told me to do. am gonna try it


Do the following please:

1) Right-click on the game's shortcut, select properties and click "Run as administrator";
2) Run the game;
3) It will ask to reboot the PC;
4) Don't reboot;
5) Update StarForce drivers using "sfdrvup.exe" from here: http://www.star-force.com/support/drivers/ ;
6) Reboot.
