error when starting up vampire bloodlines

hey can any of u out there help me got a bug that wont let me start game i got a funny feeling its probly vista related but any ways when i start the game up it crashed and said available memory less than 15MB!!! -2359296 .......... any one out there that can help me =S?

guess i have to get hint sooner then latter thanks any one who viewed i think....
