| Newbie |  Gears of War Technical Problem Gears of War Basically, I'm trying to get Gears of War to work properly. I meet the minimum requirements, but still running poorly. Any way to change dx level? When I am in the menu the DirectX option is "greyed out".. ie: stuck on DirectX 10. I'm thinking if I can downgrade to DX9 the game might run a lot better. The game can be run on XP so I'm sure it is compatible with DX9. Other than that, does anyone know of any other fixes for the game? Thanks in advance |
