| Newbie Rep Power: 4  |  HELP! The Sims Problems! Could someone please help me? I've had The Sims (One) for quite a while now and it isn't working with my Vista Home Premium Computer... I've checked the handful of forum threads that have saved a lot of people and nothing is working...  When I load The Sims Makin' Magic; the page goes black to load but then it crashes and returns to the Desktop... I've tried the Compatibility Wizard and I'm running it as an Administrator, I've disabled the Visual Themes and I'm also using the Windows XP Compatibility Mode... Could someone please help me...? I really want to play The Sims really soon. I'd appreciate it; thanks in advance to everyone who helps. |

My friend is unable to play the SIMS 2.It goes to the main menu and then the game stops responding.It used to run at first and then it stopped.This is an original game and I downloaded the updates of the game too.I have reinstalled the game and disabled the UAC too, still that does not help. Please help.. |

 Junior Member Rep Power: 5 | Re: HELP! The Sims Problems! nope, I have the same problems with Sims. I try manual installation, I try updating it. I run as XP SP2... Nothing seems to work. |
