Smooth Mouse on Vista?

Hello

Every single game I play on my Vista comuter it is really laggy and I have to set all the details to the minimum. But after playing a bit with WoW options I came accross the smooth mouse option that made the game run properly and I was like o.O

So I thought of doing a bit of a research that would help my other games aswell and came across this TweakXP.com - Smooth Mouse but there is no option in Vista for this and I really think this can help me.

Could anyone give me any tips or how to do this on Vista please?
