Vista - Myst Uru Complete Chronicles, HELP PLEASE!

I have windows vista home premium 32 bit, with nvidia geforce 7100 GS. I have tried loading myst uru complete chronicles, and nothing happens. I don't know that much about computers, what can i do to load this game, as i have completed all the other myst games apart from the path of the shell. I'm that obessed with the myst games, if all ele's fails i will just have to buy another computer that runs on windows xp, HOW SAD IS THAT!

I recall hearing someone mention this before somewhere, try running it under Windows 98 compatibility mode.

How do i do that then!

Its sitting on my 32 bit Vista Ultimate right now. Right click the *.exe and select the compatibility tab. Select XP SP2 mode.

It did'ent work, but thanks anyway everybody. Oh well! back to the drawing board.

Well , I finally got Uru working on Vista after i installed a no-cd patch ...

take a look ...maybe it works for you too .... (replace all 3 files with the ones in the rar-file)

where can i get that no cd patch?
