Vista - Turning Point:Fall of liberty "crash during startup"

I been waiting for this for a while and the price drop and i decided to buy it with MOH:Airbourn

so i try turning point after installing is never games me a icon that the first problem and the second on is when i exit the games and when i want to play the games while is loading up is lockup and force a quit

i e-mail codemaster about my problem and gave them my spec of my mobile gaming rigs and you gonna love this what response that i receive from tech support they told me quote:the games should be install to the "games" of window vista

codemaster is a us/uk company and i guess that there tech support like every computer company is "outsource to some asia country"

I am having the same issue, I was heaps excited when I read about the game, then installed it, played a few times, then now when I open it, forget about it, crashes every time. And the menu, cant use your mouse, It just gives you the options, [UP] - [DOWN] - [ENTER] - There is probably an update for it somewhere but I don't know if I want to bother looking for one... I'm starting to think I wasted 7GB's to download this game. I mean what? Warez who? ;-)
