| Vista Home Premium | Flight Simulator 2002 on Vista? I have installed without apparent difficulty FS2002 on Vista Home Premium. The program appears to run but the videos in the getting started section deliver sound only, no picture. This on a new Gateway GM5478 with an nVidia GeForce 8500 GT graphics card. Are there adjustments required to make the program run properly? |

However there is no change in the behavior of FS2002. The beginners' video screens continue to be limited to audio with no video. Ken |

| Vista Home Premium | Re: Flight Simulator 2002 on Vista? Welcome center says I have a 32bit system. That doesn't seem to speak directly to VISTA. My Gateway GM5478 is described as having an Intel Core2 Quad CPU @ 2.40GHz with 1.98 GB RAM and an nVidia GeForce 8500 GT graphics adapter. |

| Vista Home Premium | Re: Flight Simulator 2002 on Vista? Thank you. No I was not aware of that. It shows a FS2002 site and that leads to updated graphic adapter drivers. I downloaded and installed a new driver for the nVidia card without any benefit. I did try looking at the videos on the MSNBC site and they do work so I'll keep looking for clues on the site you id'd. |
