| Vista home premium 64 bit | Re: sins of a solar empire UNINSTALL ERROR Have you moved the letter of the drives. for example your dvd drive used to be D: but now its E: It sounds as if the uninstall software is having problems locating the software. Try uninstalling it from within the installed directory. Did you have the path set up shared and then moved it so it is not shared. |

| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Re: sins of a solar empire UNINSTALL ERROR I just tried CCleaner and it didn't change anything. I ran it and removed everything that had to do with stardock and sins and it is still looking for sins on the other drive and it is still saying that it is installed. any other ideas? Oh and thanks for the help. |

| Vista Ultimate X64 SP2 | Re: sins of a solar empire UNINSTALL ERROR Thats weird. I not too long ago installed Sins with no issue whatsoever on Vista x64, and just recently uninstalled it with no issues (the game is abit boring). There are no compatibility issues. I also installed it onto my C: partition (program x86 file), not an external though. You've got file/Windows corruption sounds like, or did an improper uninstall. You may want to use system restore and/or reinstall Windows as the problems associated with Sins will probably manifest itself in other problems sooner or later if your have deleted shared critical registry/Windows components.
