| Vista home premium 64 bit | Crysis demo frozen I just downloaded the crysis demo, to check it out, and when I load it it just goes black and nothing happens...I have to go to task manager to shut it down? Its a new Vista 64 install, so far most things have gone well, I have a few issues I cant figure out when I try to watch video in Explorer, and my HP printer, but all else is fine? |

| Vista home premium 64 bit | Re: Crysis demo frozen I may have to give it a try. BTW I also noticed that I never got a short cut on the desktop after I installed it either,when i looked for the program it was in the games folder and I launched it from there? Is this just the way Vista operates? |

| Vista Ultimate x64 MAK, OpenSolaris 5, Gentoo 2008.1.... | Re: Crysis demo frozen In this particular game, yes - Crysis installs itself to the Games folder (much as Mass Effect and Sins of a Solar Empire) but that is by design. By putting itself in the Games folder, it allows the game to pick which to use - 32bit app or 64 bit app - based upon your OS. |

| Vista home premium 64 bit | Re: Crysis demo frozen Well I have heard there are issues with Nvidias drivers, but I thought I had the latest installed. Ver. 7.15.11.7516 is whats showing as my adapter drivers currently. |
