Beyond good and evil

here is a question......what has to be done in order to make the beyond good and evil work on a vista 64 bit. It install and after a few minutes into the installation it quits and when i go into the drive i have installed it doesn't show. I'm guessing it got reverted back or it got deleted automatically. any thoughts on how to get this fixed?????

Hi pyronox,

Have you tried using the compatibility options found by right-clicking the setup file and going Properties> Compatibility ?

Re: Beyond good and evil

The installer tries to install a 32 bit copy protection driver (Tagès), when this fails, installation is aborted and all files deleted. There is a workaround where you install the 64 bit version of the driver, rename the files to their 32 bit names and then install the game, but I haven't heard of anyone getting the game itself to run on x64.

Thats unfortunate, Tagès should be required by the game manufacturer to provide a workaround especially if you just purchased the game...Have you tried contacting the Game developers?
