Installing World of Warcraft patch problem

For some reason, regardless of what I try to "run as administrator" I receive same message. "there is no program associated with this file to perform this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel" been trying to get a patch for my World of Warcraft game to apply and Wow says to open game as administrator or else it wont apply the patch. please help

Just right click the icon and select the run as administrator icon. This tutorial might explain what i am talking about Take Ownership of file You could thank brink for that.
