Vista - cod4 wont work

whats up i am new at this i need help i install cod4 on my pc and it wont work when i click on the icon the screen goes black like its about to start then it comes back to my desktop but u can still hear the sound from the game dont understand whats happening need help

Have you tried a System Restore? Double check to see if your drivers are up to date, make sure that the system requirements are certainly RIGHT for your computer.

Do a search for CoD.

Or maybe try to help him?

Besides, I've already done the work. All he needs to do is a quick search for CoD, then read the posts I've already written on the subject. Hopefully they will help?

I don't find that position unreasonable. What I find unreasonable is being asked to type the same things over and over.

have you tried to change video card driver? for the most recent?

i up dated all my drivers and the bios and it works thank for all your help
