| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Games willnot run "as an Administrator" Hi, I have recently reinstalled my PC following a complete disk failure and am running VISTA Home Premium. I have also reinstalled Tomb Raider Legend and Lego Star Wars. Before the crash I had the games set to "Run as an Administrator" so that my son who is an Standard User could run the games from his login without needing me to authorise as an Admin. Since the crash neither game will run for my son with out the UAC popup even though the "Run as an Administrator" option is ticked under the shortcut properties (both for him and all users). I've even given all USERS full control of the installation folders in Explorer to see if that was the issue. Much obliged for any help, Fred |
