Vista - FFXI-Playonline viewer keeps crashing

A few months back I bought a new machine came with windows vista ultimate 64 bit and FFXI ran fine as months went by and updates came it slowly started crashing randomly simply saying, "Playonline viewer hast stopped working".

My system specifics:

# 600 Watt Power Supply
# Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate 64 Bit Edition

I've tried alot of stuff already, posted on a few other forums including nvidias(no help there) and so far I am at a loss. I need some help please thank you.
