Engine Error: Couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port

Hi I have a 8800 Nvidia graphics card, and 4 processors on my vista 64bit computer and i am well able to run the game called Kuma Games - Get the FREE Client and Play over 100 FREE Games, movies and more.... on my other computer, xp, i am able to host multiple servers for this game, but on my vista computer when i try to host more then one server, no matter for what game from kuma games, it says this: "Engine Error: Couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port" I have all my ports open correctly since I am able to host successfully and people are able to connect and play normally, just happens that after i host my first server successfully , when i try to host a second one, this message appears. This is a source engine game. Runs on something called Engine 7 i believe, just letting you know if you need this information.

What does this mean and how can I fix this? I asked other players on the game, they seem to have same problem with vista, exactly same error too I believe so.

If you need anymore information from me please let me know and I will do my best. Thanks!

P.S.: I'm also behind a router, but again, the ports are open. No modem, just router. FIOS internet.
