Vista - Rainbow Six Vegas 2 compatability(Vista Home Premium 32bit)

Hi there,
i am having a 32bit vista home premium with 2.4GHz intel chip, nvidia GEForce7100/nforce750i and 2gb ram.
will this config be enough for this particular game???

that means Rainbow6 Vegas 2 will not run properly with core2duo 2.4GHz ?????
sorry but my knowledge about these is not very good.
