Faulting Applications

Hello, ive had this issue ever since i jumped ship to X64, its driving me insane!!!

Some of my apps keep closing on me randomly, due to a faulting application error.
Company of heros, driver installs can lock up because of the faulting application error.

Im going to provide the Event Viewer Log to help.
