    Fifa 2008

    Hi,
I have come across this problem in vista a few times before and every time I just ended up giving up the idea of installing a software. But this time I don't wish to.
I have recently got a copy of Fifa 2008 iso. I used virtual clone drive to mount the image. Following this, the iso is getting mounted but autorun crashes.
I get the following error -
    "Autorun program has stopped working"

Because of this I can't even install the game. It's a cracked iso and it works perfectly fine on XP machines. So, I presume that this is a problem with vista only.
Can anyone tell me what do I do so that my original vista does not annoy me every bloody time I try to install something of this sort?

Try extracting the ISO file with winrar or something, and take a look into the folder. Look for setup.exe and try running that. Should work out.

    Hi,
Unfortunately that also doesn't work. It says "Please insert the orignal dvd"
As I said, it's a cracked iso which I am mounting using virtual clone drive. It works on XP but not vista for some reason.

Ah ok. Try right clicking on it and click explore. That should open it up in an explorer window with all the files. Then click on setup

    I have tried that too. Nothing works! It's vista's anti-piracy **** that's troubling me I guess! ]

Possibly. If you are running a cracked version, then try one of two things: Look for a new copy on the internet (not going to help you with that) or buy a legit copy (a bit more pricey i know) and use that DVD.
