| ultimate 64 SP1 | USB joypad not working..?? hi all..... this is the controller i have....  windows recognizes this as a ''HID'' device, & it shows up as a ''USB joypad'' under game controllers in the control panel... i know it works b/c the calibration tool in vista shows all buttons & sticks functional..?? when i try & use it for say ''crysis warhead'' a joypad compatible game, the joypad option remains grayed out..?? im not sure if there's some sort of 3rd party S/W i need to get it working....  thx.. | Vista Ultimate x64 | Re: USB joypad not working..?? I had the same problem with a similar pad and found that only a Xbox 360 pad was compatible with certain games like Crysis, I bought the Madcatz 360 controller, it was very cheap compared to the official ones and works just as well. |
