| Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit | Need help with setting up a dedicated server .. Howdy... ![]() I am trying to set up a dedicated server via steam. Friends on the internet can play on my server, but i cannot. ![]() I had a friend who has the same router as mine, set a server up. He could play on the same sever he was hosting. He basically had all the same IPv4 settings as me (addresses etc..). Only difference is, he is running XP and i run vista... ![]() Is there anyone who could tell me what has changed between the two for this to occur?? ![]() If this fails, either have to go back to XP and loose my pretty dx10 shaders OR , Maybe build a cheap "server" PC running XP...... BUT I AM BROKE SOOOO HEEELLPP MMMEEEEeeeee,,,...... |
