Vista - AoE III protection stub stopped working

Gspeedskater vista home premium 32bit. 4 posts	AoE III protection stub stopped working as the title shows I tried to start AoE III and it said that the protection stub had stopped working I don't know why this is, But I can't play it I have a Inspiron 1525 with vista home premiuim please help with this
