Vista - WoW Installation Problem

I bought a new computer yesterday to try boost my gaming a bit further however it seems i have just done a major backflip, so far i have only got 1 game to run of the four i tried, and even then it only ran for a short period before it crashed. I thought id try and install World of Warcraft - Wrath of the Lich King, however whenever i hit the install button all i get is a rather annoying error that amazingly enough shows up everytime without fail and gives me almost no information as to what or where i could find the problem.

another lil thing i thought was amusing, i got a game with the computer "Age of Empires 3" so i thought sweet ill see how the graphics go on it, anyway i try give it a go and bam, not compattable.. though it was made by windows and came with this computer ... even after the "fix" i couldnt run it haha god i hate vista at the moment

Just call here and explain your problem. Me I had error with my account and the tech on the phone did It for me blizzard has very but VERY good technical support.

Thanks for that number, after all that time wasted trying to get around all this vista security that doesnt let you do anything on the machine YOU paid for, i ended up installing it on my old machine and simply transferring all the data across through networking. Easy peasy.
