Vista - Men of Valor patch not working "error ept0036: Old File not found. However...........

Lol i know its a very old game so my system whizzs past the requirments but theres this problem with the patches, it says "error ept0036: Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match" What does that mean i have vista 64 bit and i got it to work before on the same system, please help!! I want to play the game again lol !! HELP!!

I cant play it without the patches because it just quits every time i load a level!! Please Help

you simply need to Apply the patch in admin mode...also with it being an old game you also may need to set-up compatibility mode possibly 98/me
if this applies but you still receive the same process of the game quitting then you will need to do the same for the games executable

I am set up in admin anyway, i activated my account using command prombt so its administrator for everything no uac either, its this file it stops on "MOV PC EULA 8-24-04"
if anyone has the game could they post theres so i can copy it please!!

It did not work with compaitability mode or administrator!!

you should not have to run it in compatibility mode at all and if any for xp because the game was released in 04 and did you apply the 1.0 to 1.2 patch before you applied the 1.2 to 1.3 patch?
