Vista - Game Problems... SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME....

when i try to open games such as call of duty or anything like that they automatically minimize after they are opened... when i try to click on the tab in the side bar to try to open it it opens and does the same thing again.... sometimes restarting windows works sometimes it doesnt fix it... all video drivers and games are up to date... ANY help appreciated,,,.. thanks all

i tried it didnt seem to work... i wonder if this is software related... it just minimizes when i open only games for some reason... sometimes restarting the computer fixes it, thats the weird part about it

hello i have the same problem as well and for the life of me cant find a way to stop it doing it but if you go into the game options and run it in windows mode (not full screen it works and the game will play, i then put it back into full screen and it was fine till i tabed out and it happened again, never had this problem till today :S if you find out how to fix it please let me know,

im not the only one i guess... anyone got a fix to this

Have you tried Compatibility Mode, specifically the display settings?

reinstalled windows fixed it

ahh dam hopeing i did not have to do that trying to fix another problem i have with my graphics card and vista there not getting along at all, thank you for the info wish you all the best
