Hi guys, I am not into gaming but liked to play with the M/S air combat programs. I have a new computer now and the old one that I used for this is long gone. I have an old M/S Force Feedback Pro with the old gameport plug. No such recepticle on this computer .
Is my old joystick worthless; should I just go to a USB stick and be done with it? This old stick is a heavy-high quality unit and I fear a new one like it is very $'pensive.
Thanks

my brother has a midi to usb adapter to use his old MS Sidewinder JS to a modern computer. This adapter exits! I've seen it. I've asked my brother where he bought it but he does not remember. I've done online searching for it but no luck. Its not like it's a high in demand item but I could really use it as I have a midi keyboard, 3 joystick/pads with this old connector. You could always buy a 1st gen sb x-fi gamer edition which has the midi/game port connector. Good luck!
