I just got a new computer with 64-bit Vista Home Premium, and I'm trying to run Frozen Throne on it. The program runs beautifully, except that any time a part of the game requires movement, the movement is wildly shaky, including units and the mouse pointer. It looks a lot like when you have the pointer set to have leave a trail behind it (I checked that- the pointer is not set that way), only much jerkier.
I've tried running the program with every compatibility setting except windows 98 and 96, running it as an administrator, and changing all of the in-game graphics options. I ran dxdiag from the run command based on a tip from a somewhat related problem in a different post, but nothing was listed as disabled (which that post claimed was the problem). Also worth noting that I've logged onto Battlenet and downloaded all the patches available by doing that.
Anybody know what's going on?
